We are currently looking for an experienced Design Lead.
The Design Lead must have a high-level, strategic perspective and take a central role in the creativity, quality and delivery of the projects they are overseeing. They are the bridge between the design team and our clients. They advocate for the brand’s clientele, with a human-centric approach and a top-level design thinking. They are inspiring to our team and are confident in proving the value that design principles can bring to our clients’ businesses. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in:
- Branding & Identity (3+ years at an agency or studio)
- Digital and Web Design (3+ years at an agency or studio) – in particular designing robust websites for B2B companies and/or robust D2C e-commerce websites
- Experience in UI/UX and app design (2+ years at an agency or studio – preferred)
- Designing print collateral, and exporting files properly for print (3+ years)
- Working with printing houses for special printing processes
- Working with dev/technology teams
- Coming up with creative solutions that align with clients’ needs
- Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery
- Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality
Required skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Figma (including auto-layout feature, component management, flows, etc.) and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign – must. Premiere, After Effects – a plus!)
- Ability to confidently present work to clients in English
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (must be fluent in English)

- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving
- Illustration and Animation skills – a plus
- Video editing – a plus
