About the Project
Hotel Burg is Leesburg, Virginia’s only luxury boutique hotel, offering an elegant and timeless retreat. Guests can also join The Chase, an exclusive private club offering refined privileges and curated experiences. Located just twelve minutes south, the sister property, The Manor 1858 offers 22 scenic acres fit for weddings and special occasions.
Hotel Burg approached us to develop the branding for each of its entities, ensuring that every brand feels distinct and sophisticated while remaining part of a cohesive whole. Our collaboration continued with the creation of the properties’ websites, and bespoke collateral across their properties, further bringing each brand identity to life.

Stepping onto Hotel Burg’s sister property, The Manor 1858, evokes a sense of serenity and connection to nature. The historic stone bank barn, built in 1858, offers a timeless canvas for your dream event. The branding carries Hotel Burg’s refined elegance but reimagined with a softer, more romantic approach. A warm beige palette and delicate pearl linework create an airy atmosphere, while oversized typography adds modern, editorial sophistication.
Hotel Burg’s private club reflects a thoughtfully crafted sense of place, honoring the rich history of Leesburg and Loudoun County. Members are drawn to distinctive, detail-driven lifestyle experiences set within elegant surroundings of the property. The Chase’s branding is inspired by the warmth of an old library—rich with adventure and possibility—featuring a dynamic display font paired with a typewriter-style body typeface. Deep, earthy tones create a moody yet elegant foundation reminiscent of rare, leather-bound books.
